22nd of January – second training session before the 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon

On the upcoming Sunday, 22nd of January we are going to organise the second training session in the official series preparing our runners for the 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon. Just like last week, we will be meeting everyone at the main entrance to TAURON Arena Kraków on Lema Street at 10:00 a.m.

During our first training session, which took place on the 15th of January we met with a large group of runners willing to tackle the royal distance – 42 kilometres and 195 metres – in Krakow. They weren’t scared of the winter weather, and the soft, fresh snow proved to be a perfect surface for jogging for two hours around the Polish Airmen Park and the Vistula Embankments.

This time you can join us for a running trip! The planned route: TAURON Arena Kraków – Czyżyny Airport, Mistrzejowice, Sudoł River Valley, Batowice, Zesławice, return through Fort Mistrzejowice, Park Tysiąclecia – TAURON Arena Kraków.

Next week, on the 29th of January we will organise a training trip to the Wolski Forest. Assembly: car park at the end of Aleja Waszyngtona near Kościuszko Mound, at 10:00 a.m. The plan: We are going to run to the Wolski Forest via Sikornik, then train on a loop around the zoological garden and return through Sikornik to the Kościuszko Mound.

During each training, the organisers provide isotonic drinks, mineral water and hot tea. We do not provide a dressing room or a deposit. The participants declare that they are taking part in the training session on their own responsibility.
