As it has been since 2014, once again the start and finish of one of the largest events of this type in Poland, included in the Crown of Polish Marathons, will be located on the Main Market Square in Krakow. According to the slogan of the event: "Through history", participants of the marathon will run alongside many great monuments of Krakow.
As in the previous edition, the competition will take place on one loop, and marathon runners will also visit Nowa Huta. For the first time, they appeared in this district during the fourth edition of Cracovia Marathon (in 2005), and one year ago, they returned there after a break of 5 years. At present, details are being presented to the Road Administration of the City of Krakow, other Municipality units and the Police. The route will have the approval of the PZLA (Polish Athletic Association), the IAAF and the AIMS.
