Running competition for everyone – take part in the 15th Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon for the RMF MAXXX Cup
We have started receiving applications for this year’s Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon for the RMF MAXXX Cup, which will accompany the Cracovia Marathon continuously since 2006. Traditionally, the day before the 19. Cracovia Marathon - on the 25th of April specialists in shorter distances and less advanced running enthusiasts are invited to take part in the competition over a distance of 4,2 km.
On the 25th of April at 12:30 a.m. competitors will start the race from the promenade on 3 Maja Avenue. That is also where the finish line will be located. The participants are required to finish the race within 45 minutes, that is by 1:15 p.m. The number of participants is limited to 1000. Competitors at least 13 years of age as of 25 April 2020 may participate in the race.
The final course of the route of the 15th Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon for the RMF MAXXX Cup is dependent on the renovation works at the Na Blonie Street. An alternative route of the 15th Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon for the RMF MAXXX Cup will be lead along the streets at Blonia Krakowskie.
About the event
The first edition of the Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon and was organised for the first time during the 5th edition of the Cracovia Marathon in 2006. The Mini Cracovia Marathon commemorates Piotr Gładki – the first (and only) Pole to win Cracovia Marathon to date. He managed to accomplish this feat during the 4th edition of the Marathon, and just two weeks later he died tragically in a car accident.

The last step is the entry fee for the event (only via the PayU payment system). The initial entry fee is PLN 30,00 until 18th April 2020.

All Participants who reach the finish line within the stipulated time, will be awarded a commemorative medal.
