The 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon: new participation fees in 2017
Only until the end of 2016 the participation fee for running in the 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon is just 70 PLN. Starting on the 1st of January 2017, the fee will increase to 100 PLN. The upcoming edition of the most important running events in Krakow, and one of Poland's biggest events, classified for the Crown of Polish Marathons, will be held on the 30th of April 2017.
Just like last year, there is a possibility to register a group of ten or more runners as a team. We have special discounts for teams – currently the fee is 400 PLN for a team of 10 runners, in January the fee is also going to go up to 650 PLN. Details regarding team sign-ups can be found in the rules of the 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon. We are also going to hold a team classification for the five most numerous teams!
To date, over 3600 runners were interested in the event, and 2100 of them already paid their fee.

On Saturday, 29th of April we will see the traditional runs: the Piotr Gładki Mini Cracovia Marathon (4.2 km) and the Cracovia Inline Skating Marathon (42.195 km).
On the eve of the great day, runs on shorter distance are also organised, intended for families. The participants and supporters will have an opportunity to take part in many attractions and events, including competitions for children.
On Sunday, 30th of April, the course of the 16th PZU Cracovia Marathon will also see the largest number of participants in wheelchairs in three categories – Hand Bike, Rim Push and Active Wheelchair.
